Bragard carried out the first simplified securities issuance application process in Uruguay for Zorzal Inversiones Tecnológicas S.A. before the Central Bank of Uruguay (BCU).  This required a previous and deep analysis of the country's financial environment; possible structures, candidates, projections, among others.

Although Uruguay has a limited financial market, Bragard sought to provide comprehensive advice to the client and to advance for the first time in the country with this initiative, supporting this type of projects that seek to strengthen the growth of this sector.
