Work Experience

He leads the Notarial & Real Estate department of the firm.

His professional practice is focused in the corporate and commercial areas, advising companies and individuals in all kinds of businesses, in connection with the incorporation of trusts, securitization of assets, banking contracts, sale and purchase of real and personal property, mortgages, granting and assignment of credit lines. He has had active participation in the structuring of lots and in the creation of horizontal property adding value to the real estate projects in which he has participated. Moreover, he has participated in several large-scale Due Diligence and M&A processes.

He worked for several years in the legal and notarial department of the Asset Recovery Management Company and as the Manager of Investment Funds - Compañía Administradora de Recuperación de Activos Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. (C.A.R.A. – A.F.I.S.A.).

Member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public.
