Work Experience

He currently works in the Corporate team of the firm. His professional practice is focused mainly on providing advice on civil law, insurance and corporate matters.

Advises on the drafting of contracts, risk and business analysis, permits, authorizations and registrations, as well as on the structuring of defense strategies before the regulatory agencies, including the filing of administrative appeals and nullity actions before the Contentious-Administrative Court.

He has also advised companies in public procurement procedures, both in the preparation of tenders and in the design of defense strategies, both at the administrative and jurisdictional levels.

His prior practice also included matters related to intellectual property, personal data protection and consumer protection, among others.
