He is currently a member of the Corporate Department of the firm, where he participates in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions of companies, and regularly participates in advisory operations for domestic and foreign companies, in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial and civil contracts, such as financing, guarantees, leases and sales and purchases, among others.
