Work Experience

Andrea is a Senior Associate at BRAGARD, focusing her practice on Litigation and Arbitration.

She specializes in strategy design, development of judicial and extrajudicial negotiations, complex civil and commercial judicial proceedings and advice in the civil law area.

She has focused her practice in the civil, bankruptcy and commercial areas. She has provided counsel to several companies in matters related to judicial insolvency proceedings.

Academic Experience and Conference Presentations

She acted as a lecturer on aspects of the Uruguayan Bankruptcy Law at the special conference entitled “Análisis del Impacto Jurídico – Contable de la Pademia”  organized by the Commercial Law Institute of the School of Law of Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.

She attended several seminars and courses, among which the following stand out:

“Seminario sobre Arbitraje” given by María Laura Capalbo.

“Ciclo de charlas sobre Derecho Procesal” given by Gabriel Valentín.

“Semana Académica de Derecho Comercial –El Derecho Comercial frente a las crisis Globales”.

As a student, she was an aspirant for the Criminal Law I Chair at Universidad de la República.‍
