Work Experience

She currently Works in the Litigation sector of the firm.

She has focused her practice mainly on administrative and regulatory law, advising companies operating in different regulated markets, both in matters of permits, authorizations and registrations, as well as in the structuring of defense strategies before the regulatory agencies, including the filing of administrative appeals and nullity actions before the Court of Administrative Litigation.

She has also collaborated with companies in providing counsel on public procurement procedures, both in the preparation of tenders and in the design of defense strategies, at the administrative and jurisdictional levels.

She has previously worked in the areas of intellectual property, personal data protection and consumer protection, among others.

Doctor of Law, graduate from Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay.

Currently taking a postgraduate course in Economic Administrative Law at Universidad de Montevideo.

Course of the International Data Privacy Program of the Austral University of Argentina.
