Professional Experience

Currently works in the Intellectual Property Department of the firm. She has a solid background in the field of Intellectual Property, with a specialized approach in the different aspects of this matter. Throughout his career, has acquired extensive experience in the management of trademarks, including their registration, cancellation and annulment, as well as in the protection of copyrights and related rights. She has also delved into the impact of new technologies in the field of Intellectual Property. She has worked as a reporting attorney for the National Directorate of Industrial Property. Her academic background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Economic Administrative Law at the University of Montevideo, which reinforces her knowledge in key areas of the regulation and legal management of intellectual property rights.
