Work Experience

He has more than 40 years of professional experience. He has focused his practice on advising and assisting companies and individuals in all types of business or notarial contracts. He has vast experience in the execution of purchase and sale contracts, mortgages, pledges and credit assignments, among others.

He has participated and managed large-scale real estate projects, and has specialized in the creation of several real estate investment figures such as "Horizontal Property" and "country clubs".

Before joining Bragard & Delgado Notarial as an advisor and leader in the Notarial area, he practiced law independently, founding his own law firm, Cibils & Delgado, in 1994.

He started his professional career in one of the oldest and most prestigious notary's offices in the country, where he worked for more than 20 years.

Academic Experience and Conference Presentations

He has taken part in several courses on Horizontal Property, Real Estate Guarantees and Real Estate Trusts. He is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries Public.‍
