Attorney-at-Law focused on advising local and international clients in different contractual, regulatory and corporate matters, complex financing structures, preparation of public and private offerings, private bonds, as well as in the analysis of investment structures for institutional investors.

Her previous experience includes working in a financial institution, leading the Products and Services area (coordinating different areas within the Bank, in particular legal and regulatory aspects with an external advisor).
